Welcome Tracy Holcombe, new Community Owner of Carbondale Moms for Moms!
I am so excited to introduce you all to Tracy! Tracy is a mom of two boys, Kai (5) and Dax (20 mo). Moving here from Fort Collins last Spring, she is excited to be part of our small, close knit community. Tracy's hobbies include gardening, canning, soap making, bee keeping, and knitting to name a few, while her family enjoys hut trips and biking around town. Her boys have a great time running around at the Christmas tree lighting, Potato Day, the Fourth of July parade and First Fridays. Don't we all!
